Spooky season is here! This year, I decided to breathe new life into this old potting bench I found for free, turning it into a festive focal point for my Halloween décor outside. It’s a really fun addition to the halloween porch I decided to bring back after last years set up. We are officially fall patio season ready, and really need to get some hosting going!
The perfect way to show off the drink station!
I wanted to set up a drink station for our gatherings with friends. Unsure of what to use, I browsed the marketplace but didn’t find anything. Then I got a notification about a new free item in my local group: an old potting bench! I jumped at the chance because it perfectly matched the spooky vibe I envisioned. Plus, I can’t wait to give it some TLC in the spring!
I keep seeing an image on tiktok of neighbors in the 00’s during Halloween, and I sure don’t remember this but there are this buckets hanging in all the trees (it’s probably AI, but it’s so cozy!) I wanted to recreate this look so I grabbed these classic pumkin buckets and filled them with fairy lights. My biggest tip is to drill a hole in the bottom for any water drainage.
