I love adding some touches of Valentines Day in our home in February, and adding a few pieces of cute clothes to my wardrobe. One thing I have also done every year for my boys is make them up a little Valentines Day basket. They usually each get a cute shirt, a Lego set that fits with the holiday, and some candy. When they were younger always did a picture book. We also always do a fun at home dinner, and setting the table is so fun. But even leading up to Valentines Day we definitely love using our heart plates, and making a rather dreary month a bit more cheerful.
I hope these ideas help to add a little love to your February. <3

Here are several ideas for a kids gift basket for Valentines Day. Every year i love to do something small for my boys just as a little show of my love. I typically do a basket (never have too may of those, and this one is SO cute!). I always do a pajama, or themed shirt. Last we fill it with some candy, which this year I am going to order some sweedish candy because I think it will be so fun to try something new with them. And finally, a lego set themed to the holiday like this really cute rose lego set. When they were younger we’d also do small picture books. If you have a bracelet or accessories lover there are so many cute things out there!

And finally, we love to set the table for Valentines Day because we always have a dinner at home. I am definitely not one to eat out on this holiday, and think it’s so cozy to spend it at home. I love to pick up some pieces that just scream Valentines Day, and this year Target has some really cute Anthro vibe pieces like the cake stand, heart plate, and the red trim plate.
