The cold months are approaching where we find ourselves inside a lot. I look for ways to make our home more cozy, and just make even the ordinary days feel special. One of the ways I like to do that is by having an easy table scape. It makes those cold days when it’s dark at 5pm feel just a bit more special and cozy.
Now, we live in our house- our dining room table definitely is not set like this all the time. This is why I want to make sure it’s easy. I always have a table cloth on, and some sort of centerpiece. It can be a basket of napkins, a bowl of fruit, a vase of flowers, some pumpkins, or another seasonal decor item. Always, always, always candles! That just makes it cozy all the time.
From there add your plates. I love these plates from Target because they go with any occasion. The price point on them also cannot be beat. I layer this with this gorgeous scalloped plate from H&M. Adding this salad plate on top dresses up the bottom plate and adds in that extra texture. I love the slightly different color between the two as well.
I love to mix in thrifted items to anything I do. If you I found these gorgeous glass candlestick holders, and they are great for any season.
I also thrifted these green linen napkins, and the bowl they are in. Under the plates I love the white linen/cotton napkin mix from Hearth and Hand.
The pumpkins just add that perfect fall touch. You can easily remove the pumpkins, and this table is perfect anytime of the year. Use this same setup during Christmas and add some mini trees. So versatile!
