Are you confused why you are seeing clothes on my mainly home decor website? I have finally decided after being bored and uninspired with my wardrobe for basically my entire life, it was time to do something about it!
I have never been info clothes or fashion. I like my jeans, a tee, sweater, and comfy slide on shoes. Not big into jewelry, bags, or shoes. I know, like I said, it’s kind of boring!
We’re about to change that though, and I am taking you along with me as I try to update this wardrobe. I am starting with a spring capsule because I don’t want to overwhelm myself, and I also don’t want a closet full of clothes. I actually like that I am more of a minimalist when it comes to clothing.
WHAT AM I BUYING?
PANTS: A great pair of blue jeans, black jeggings, and a wide leg creamy pair of pants.
SKIRTS/DRESSES: I am sticking with these 3 items because I do have have several dresses in my closet I love. I may try and add a basic black skirt in here though if I can find one. I am so excited for the green shirt dress because I love how it’s shown in the picture which gives me another idea for how to wear it.
OUTERWEAR: So far I have this green tunic length parka which I am excited for. I also grabbed my very first Able piece, the jean jacket.
TOPS: I am lacking here, and I am still looking for a few higher quality tees. Anyone have a t-shirt they love? Otherwise, I grabbed an oversized white button down, a sweater, a nicer stripped sweatshirt, and the pink top. If you have any recommendations on great tees, pass it along for me!!
SHOES: I went with a rain boot because, Ohio. A sandal, a neutral pair of new balance’s, and not shown, I had to grab some Nike’s. I hope I love all the shoes when they arrive!!
