LAMPS
I am not sure I could have thrifted a more perfect lamp for the boys room. And in full honestly, I actually walked past this lamp because yellow is not my color. On the 2nd pass through it caught my eye again and it clicked, “this would be perfect for the boys room!!” I knew the yellow would be so fun against all the blue gingham.
The boys room didn’t really need another statement item because the wallpaper is definitely enough, but in my opinion they don’t compete with each other at all, but instead of perfect compliment to each other.
MIRRORS
I don’t think you can ever have too many mirrors in a house. Obviously for checking yourself out, but also wonderful for filling empty spaces, and also for adding in some extra light into dark areas.
CHAIRS
I have been on the search for a chair for this space for a very, very long time. Countless hours scrolling marketplace, going back and forth between just buying new, thrift stores searches, before finally, I found it!
This is where having a list is always good. A green chair barrel chair is exactly how it reads on my list. BOOM. And it swivels so that’s a bonus. The perfect green that goes with the white couches, and compliments the colors in my oriental (thrifted) rug.
